Penn State's football team is getting back 112 wins wiped out during the Jerry Sandusky child molestation scandal and the late Joe Paterno has been restored as the winningest coach in major college football history. The NCAA announced the new settlement with the school weeks before a scheduled trial on the legality of the 2012 consent decree it will replace.

“but I didn’t see how Paterno did anything wrong.”
Hiding is boy-banger is not wrong? You people DISGUST me!
“Ziegler convinced me. He has a website loaded with videos and information. Please look at it before you post on this topic again.”
I went to the site. Now I am convinced that Sandusky did no wrong. GEEZ.

Except for that part about him shagging kids in the shower.
“. I initially thought Sandusky was a bad guy from all the media reports,”
Me too but after reviewing your Ziegler website I am now convinced that Sandusky was an upright citizen who had only good intentions of helping young boys.
I know some are so deeply into JoePa that they can’t admit his wrongs but ml/nj has jumped the shark on this one.
I hadn’t been to the Ziegler site in a few years. Hadn’t realized he had jumped the shark also.
Sad.
I began to smell a rat when Louis Freeh was brought in to “investigate.” This is the same guy Bill Clinton brought in to run the FBI after he fired the previous Director the day before Vince Foster was murdered. Freeh “investigated” the Foster murder the same way he investigated Ruby Ridge, Waco, TWA 800, etc., which is to same the same way his masters wanted him to “investigate.”
That is really important historical information. It ought to be repeated regarding a number of issues.
My only quibble - Ruby Ridge was pre-Freeh, he inherited the aftermath investigation.
(Sort of the way the liberals at my synagogue do when they consider facts about Barack Hussein Obama.)

Because Internet.
And the scoundrel never knew he lost them anyway.
Wrong, he reported Sandusky to head of Campus police.
“Wrong, he reported Sandusky to head of Campus police.”
The Campus police were never informed ...
It does not matter, Paterno reported the matter to the person who was in charge of Campus Police. Therefore, technically, he reported it.

Go pick a fight with someone else.
“Go pick a fight with someone else.”
I didn’t pick this fight. You posted to me first.
Paterno was a a self-involved megalomaniac who turned a blind eye to a pedophile running wild under his watch.
His family can try to wash away the stain, but in the end, it will be to no avail.
There’s nothing worse than a Penn State Jo-Pa cultist... keep fighting the good fight.
This was the right thing to do. While it’s despicable that Paterno didn’t take a baseball bat and beat his friend the fag pedophile to death, that punishment was absurd. You can’t pretend he didn’t win those games (which were not won by cheating so it’s ridiculous to vacate them, what’s next full on damnatio memoriae?) and you definitely shouldn’t punish the current coaches and players with scholarship sanctions. The fag is prison, Graham Spanier lost his job and is facing criminal charges, that is proper punishment, criminal charges against any individuals who did anything wrong.
