The homosexual federal judge said it was unconstitutional and the US Supreme Court would not hear the case because State Attorney Jerry Brown and Gov Arnold Swartznegger would not represent the state before the court. So homosexual “marriage” was made legal in CA. All because a homosexual judge said he wanted it, and to hell with what the people wanted.
