Every Navy Seal that I ever saw a picture of, read about, and the one that I knew...none of them looked like an NFL lineman. As a rule these guys are not buffed up. They look like ordinary guys.
They are, however, aerobic monsters and have the mindset to do whatever is necessary in any given situation without hesitation.
