I read her message as America needing Congress to lead it. "repeal and replace a health care law", just to pick one example. Nothing about LOWER taxes, just not higher ones, and balance the budget - good luck with that, with all the stuff that Congress is going to "do."
She can read a script.

I like her but I don’t generally like any of the Republicans response overall after the SOTU.
It generally gets about as much attention as a period after a sentence does. HEck the news sites already are back talking about the speech of obamas or others.
However, in her favour......she wasn’t about to give Bo’s speech any floor space and that was very cool. Loved it.

Re Keystone. With oil down big time, we really need those jobs here in the midwest. It’s supposed to be thousands of jobs and I don’t mind if Canada benefits as well. They’ve been a great ally.

Obama never misses the chance to pat his own self on the back. It is about him not about us. He is the rock star in his own inflated ego’s mind. He really believes he is someone great and we are just stupid people he can control cause he got elected. Trust was broken and cannot be repaired.
