Regan would have followed "We heard you loud and clear" with a concise enumeration of how the new majority would stop Obama's illegal expansion of presidential powers, followed by vow to rip his destructive signature healthcare plan out by the roots, before it ultimately results in single payer healthcare, more commonly known as socialized medicine, finishing up with a resolve to use every procedural tool available to halt and reverse the destructive expansion of the federal government via administrative law.
And not at any point of his rebuttal would he talk about wearing bread bags over his shoes.
