This incident was reported on FR yesterday ... I have been thinking about what I would do (assuming that the assailant survived the initial encounter).
I'm not sure if I'd press charges or not. I am sure that I'd take my good ol' time deciding. That stupid SOB needs to sweat a bit. At least. Stupidity, especially epic stupidity of that magnitude, should hurt.
