A 44-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of robbery and elder abuse in the Mission District on Tuesday after she wrestled a purse from a 68-year-old woman who was using a walker, San Francisco police said.
Tanda Davis grabbed the woman’s purse at 16th and Mission streets just before 5 p.m., said police spokeswoman Officer Grace Gatpandan.
