I’m not surprised that Scranton Joe would like softer balls. He still has the soft spot on the top of his head even after all these years.
It appeared that this simple-minded leftist’s (he doesn’t even realize that he is one) grey matter has seeped out over the years.

Come to think of it I’d love to see Bathhouse Barry’s as well.
Biden had a brain tumor removed in the past. I am 100% certain that there was damage to his brain and it explains his odd behaviors.
Maybe they saved the tumor & the rest went to Rufus,the dog.
Biden has a softer head, too.
