Heads up FL. You are now being targeted by the RIPOS for subjugation via the initiative process. The link below shows which states have this process. And believe me, if nannie bloomers has his way any state with this process WILL be on the agenda. The FL process only allows initiatives to FL Constitutional amendments but they are some sneaky IPOS involved here. With big bucks.

This is a very deep-seated hatred of FL .. because George W. Bush finally won that State and the Presidency in 2000. The left has never gotten over it.

Moms lookin for action are enraged that the guy who tackled a lawful carrier is being charged with a crime so they’re targeting Florida.

Where I live, it is the University of British Columbia. I am trying to think what they would target Florida with—air-drop sea lions on Marineland?

I live and buy guns in Florida. What’s the difference in this UBC and the one we already have? They do a background check on every gun I buy, now.

UBC means all sales and transfers, including private sales and inheritances, must pass thru the FFL for the required background check. Even if your dad is handing down a shotgun to your son/his grandson, you must go to the FFL to get blessed by the background check.

If it were to go like the WA I594 initiative, ALL firearms transactions would have to be UBC’d. Neighbor to neighbor etc. Loaning a weapon to a buddy to go hunting etc.

Clinton and Democrats always hated the Cubans in Miami... and this despite many Cubans being very liberal. It is all that Castro penetration of the Democrat party, a rotting breast cancer worm infested party.

Flush with their recent victory in Washington state, shoving UBC and other totalitarian firearms laws down the throats of the folks in that state, Shannon Watts of Bloomberg Inc., er, "Everytown / Mom's Demand Action" now has her sights on Florida.

They will find our state much less fertile ground for their BS than they had in the Northwest.

Much, much less.

No wonder the left really hates Ted Cruz.

I thought their hatred was based on the fact that Cruz was the lawyer who went before the Supreme Court in Bush v. Gore; and of course won the case. Cruz was the Solicitor General of TX at the time.

Just a refresher for those who may have missed this info.

Nah. We already have tons of real SEALs here in Florida. We even have a whole museum dedicated to the SEALs in Fort Pierce.

That heavy military presence in the form of retirees and even the active bases will find a much more gun-savvy populace than is in Washington state. That place was pretty good when I was stationed at Fort Lewis in the 1980's, but the Kalifornians moved in and took over so it's now the land of fruits, nuts and flakes. Granola-Land. Also, we have more folks legally carrying firearms than even the state of Texas. And Marion Hammer (past president of the NRA) has a powerful PAC here. Let 'em spend their money in this state we fondly refer to as the GUN-SHINE state. We'll bleed them dry and send them whining all the way home to the land of hand wringing libtard yankees.

Todd Schnitt is for that. He is a talk show host on 970WFLA. He says he is pro gun ownership ,even says that he has a concealed carry permit and an AR15. But the truth is no one that is for back ground checks is pro private ownership of firearms. Why? Because the Government will always find something in your background that they can use against you to prevent you from legally owning a firearm. Background checks are the Trojan Horse of Gun Control.
