1. A steady decline in the white youth population since 1960.
2. Hispanic and black populations have little historical involvement with Scouting in the U.S. And BSA has been unsuccessful, despite many attempts, to penetrate these markets.
3. The rise of single-parent families with the mom as head of household has hurt enrollment.
4. Other activities competing for youth extra-curricular time.
This is so ridiculous considering the aggrieved (LBGT) form such a small, small percentage of our population:

To the queers credit, they have been able to cause quite a stir considering their small numbers.
This is un-American and an unjustified assault on free association.
I assume there is no ban on associating with the Communist Party or New Black Panthers.
