Absolutely....EBT cards should be good for only basic food items such as Milk, Beans, Rice, pasta, vegetables, oil, etc.

Most food stamp people do not have jobs or have part time jobs. They certainly have time to cook at home. It will not only make them lose some fat, it will make them more healthy and thus will reduce the burden on tax payers to pay for gov’t subsidized Obamacare.

low wages were cutting back on food and heating, among other things, to save money.

On the bright side, lowering caloric intake and reducing the amount of energy to heat a home reduces a man's carbon footprint.
