The article has five different slideshows, one for each of his five mansions. All of the pictures that I posted are from the first slideshow.
He also owns a 145 foot yacht that severely damaged a protected coral reef.
The guy who owns these five mansions and the yacht says that Americans need to reduce their consumption.

Greene sounds like he might have been a clown prior to becoming a billionaire.

He should give me a lifetime supply of wine.
After all, wine is expensive and I have to drive to buy it.
Did you see that cellar?

Across the US....we probably graduate at least a thousand interior decorator kids a year from our university system. If guys like this won’t throw money at these expert decorators....they’d be unemployed. So, we ought to appreciate guys with no taste, who hire interior decorators. Besides....some Italian marble guy is feeding his family off all the stuff they by, and pays taxes as well.

Wow! Neat houses. Don’t know about coral reefs tho. Would make for an interesting Insurance claim. Hey Allstate, I just put a dent in A coral reef. No, that’s c-o-r-a-l r-e-e-f not c-o-r-o-l-l-a. Yeah, a reef. Oh? You don’t pay for reefs!? Why not? A dent is a dent is a dent—

I have no problem with anyone's wealth--it is not my business what anyone owns or their wealth. My problem is their mouth. Suddenly and for some unknown reason--and I can only guess it is because of their walth--these or this wealthy person is master of my faith. Shut up and live your life you foolish hypocrite without telling me what to do. Proclaim liberty throughout the land unto all the inhabitants thereof. Leviticus 25:10.

Friend of mine decorated 1/3 of the California Mansion.
Weird job. Guy wanted 3 different interior designers, with three totally different environs.
Saw pics afterward and it didn’t look half bad.
Funny, the guy lost the home or something in a divorce.

It does not bother me in the least that there are people this wealthy.
As tet68 pointed out, they employ a lot of folks to build, maintain and desecrate their property.
The only reservation I might have is if this wealth was obtained by means that are immoral, unethical or illegal. Or if it involves phony-crony capitalism rather than the inventive creative hard working kind.
I mean it’s not like he got it by being a blog pimp with an obscene screen name.

This is how I feel. Just shut up and enjoy your spoils from the glorius sub prime market. Seems like all the people who wanted to live a more grand existence by getting funky loans helped this hypocrite achieve great wealth.
