My Gawd!!!
Just listened to this man and it was moving, stirring and rousing.
His parents didn't know Christ?
They found him and gave their lives to Jesus.
Transformed his family.
His Constitutional principles and ability to firmly assert what is right, under God.
He had 3 principles as his message but, for the life of me I'm too pumped, to bouyed to recall them.
If this man wants the presidency, I am all in
Mind, body, soul and spirit.
I don't see how we can lose 2016 if this man wants to lead America, not from behind but, from the front line, as the standard bearer, as the man who will take the hill by leading all men and moving first.
May God bless him and us, with a proper support group who will take us forward by his inertia and ours.
If you follow that logic, the only fire arms we can legally own are flintlocks. What matters is the definition of natural born now. BTW, the authors of the Constitution took the little issue of “natural born” into account by writing in a grandfather clause or exclusion for their generation who were all citizens or subjects of England at the time the document was written. Ted Cruz, in spite of being more of a patriot than anyone else running, is NOT constitutionally eligible to run for the office of President of the U.S. Not subject to interpretation, it is written in the Constitution in plain, understandable English.

You make excellent points. EVERYONE knew a few years ago that you had to be born in the U.S. to be eligible to run for president. They knew, mainly because of residual memory. But of course some knew because they have actually done the research. Without research people are easily deceived. This is truly NOT rocket science though. All that matters is this... WHAT WAS THE DEFINITION OF NATURAL BORN WHEN THE CONSTITUTION WAS WRITTEN??????
Your point, that the Framers had to put in the caveat for those ALREADY citizens BUT born in ENGLAND etc.,(what else could it be?) would be exempt is an obvious clue for the genuine truthseekers.

Check some sources... even wikipedia suggests that you must be born “within” the Republic to be a natural born citizen. Why? Because even if both of your parents are citizens, your citizenship is not guaranteed WITHOUT statutes. For instance... Suppose your two parents attained their citizenship status by being naturalized, and then the very next day moved to another country? Years later, maybe decades later, they have a child. This child is not “naturally” American. He or she is in no way shaped by American culture. This is precisely why the Founders placed restrictions on the person seeking the presidency. Obama may be “technically” able to be president, but the actual circumstances of his upbringing violate the intended purpose of the natural born clause, which was to make sure that the president was completely steeped in American culture.
