It’s funny, CBS censors let her blend her pregnancy with the story line if she didn’t say “pregnant”. And for the first years, Lucy and Ricky had twin beds. Lots of what they did would not be allowed today, the offended ones would cry “stereotypes”, etc. But it was never sleazy like so many shows today or of recent years’ vintage.
