The last two times NBC aired the Super Bowl 2009 and 2012 Matt Lauer conducted whats become the annual pre-Super Bowl interview with Pres. Obama. This year, his Today colleague Savannah Guthrie does the honors. The interview usually runs 10-12 minutes airing around 5:30pmET on Super Bowl Sunday.

are we supposed to be excited and thrilled??
I know I’m not. I plan on getting to the site of my party just early enough to get on the pool bets and fill my plate while Savannah yammers with Obozo.
So, we’re going to see three cheaters on SB Sunday?.............
IN the Me Me Media age we endure.. This is HUGH!
Or not.
I’ll bet Savannah will throw some real lu lu’s at him too! “How do you stay so fit”? “Sorry, but it’s difficult for me not to perspire in front of such greatness”. “Here’s a note. I like you. Do you like me? Circle yes or no”.
Super Bowl LI (2/5/2017) will be @ NRG Stadium in Houston Texas - how convenient is that? =|:^)
“Well enough about me Savannah, Tell me. what do you think about me?”
Good God, can’t we enjoy a single damned day without hearing this lying bastard’s voice?
No. There was that one year early on where they spoke of cutting back on his appearances in an effort to improve how the administration was doing. Instead, within weeks they seemed to double down. And, he’s been everywhere all the time ever since.
Frankly, I don't want to see any President inserting himself into the Super Bowl. Keep the focus on football, and not on some politician. Unfortunately, Obama can't keep himself from getting in front of cameras and running his mouth--again.
I actually totally agree! That first year I was like “WTH is this?” Now - it’s par for the course and I would bet President Cruz would publicly turn down the invite if offered and mention that “this is not the time and place for an interview - let the public have their game without any political showmanship.”
Airheads and egos interviewing the SuperEgo and traitor.
Think I’ll watch the “Autopsy Channel”. More interesting and perhaps I’ll learn what is or isn’t in Obama’s head.
