This is how you begin a real third party. And though I hate the idea, it is time.
This new caucus needs to be very serious in who is invited to this caucus and works on the staff of this caucus. The liberal Republicans are just a slimy, sociopathic and deceitful as their out of the closet democrat friends across the aisle.
If this caucus stands strong as a voting block they can cause major damage to the liberals in congress that infest both parties or aka the Uniparty. And they as a caucus should take every opportunity to show the liberals in both parties for the idiots they are and offer real world alternative conservative solutions.
They need to start PACS that support their candidates and deny any funds to the liberal Republicans. If they do this right they can eventually offer a real alternative to the Republican liberal lite party.
