Why not borrow one of France's guillotines and behead the bastards? Doing so would be a lot quicker, save lots of prison overcrowding, and send a HUGE message to muzzies that raping young girls, or anyone else for that matter, doesn't go. OFF WITH THEIR HEADS!!!!
