No, it's because the family courts in Michigan operate outside the bounds of the law. They write the rules they administrate, police, and adjudicate. They are fundamentally offensive to the rule of law, the separation of powers, property rights, and in violation of due process. Other than that, we need more laws these creeps would plainly ignore?
