President Barack Obamas nominee to replace Eric Holder as Attorney General of the United States, Loretta Lynch, said on Wednesday during a Senate Judiciary Committee confirmation hearing that she thinks illegal aliens have the same right to work in America as American citizens do.
Senator, I believe the right and the obligation to work is one that is shared by everyone in this country, regardless of how they came here, Lynch said when asked by Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-AL) who has a greater right to work: Illegal aliens, or lawful immigrants and American citizens?
Certainly, if someone is hereregardless of statusI would prefer that they be participating in the workplace than not participating in the workplace, Lynch said.
She also said she doesnt believe that Obamas executive action on immigration is an amnesty.

Black unemployment rate is much higher than 10%.. Try 15%.
E-verify tells an employer of the status. To hire them is still the employers decision.
As stupid as this woman’s answer was, I think the headline to this article is equally stupid.
Senator, I believe the right and the obligation to work is one that is shared by everyone in this country, regardless of how they came here,
Hiring an illegal alien is a violation of federal law.
Disqualify her.
Democrats: More illegal alien workers = more Democrat voters. It’s all about the votes. They couldn’t care less about the law. The laws be damned.
Rather, how many Republicans will vote against her ON THIS ISSUE ALONE and aren’t afraid of Al Sharpton or James Clyburn calling them “racists”?
(crickets.......)
“’Certainly, if someone is hereregardless of statusI would prefer that they be participating in the workplace than not participating in the workplace,’ Lynch said.”
I don’t care what the preferences of Marxists are, Loretta. I want to know what your legal view is of the rights of illegal invaders.
Agreed.
Regards,
Get lost.
I still can’t understand why the Kenyan didn’t nominate an ILLEGAL ALIEN to be his new Attorney General. With that evolutionary jump, he could have made Charlie Darwin proud.
Yo, Loretta, only in their own country do they have a right to work.
Now!
O Magic 8 ball ... will the US Senate brave Sir Robins roll over for this latest radical Obama appointment, as they played possum on Erica Holder?
“Appears Likely”
Obama appointees have become so brazen that they tell the senate during the confirmation hearing that they will enforce the law as they see fit.
If the senate approves her appointment to be the chief law enforcement officer for the United States of America, we have truly gone over the edge.
This female wretch just gave the Establishment Republicans an easy out to defeat her. The GOPe needs to PRETEND they don’t want amnesty, and this woman is a criminal : )
I blame the media as well, a lot of inner city blacks really don’t seek this stuff out unless it is right in their face, so they don’t even know how screwed over they are getting. I blame Republicans too, why aren’t they taking advantage of this? Just more proof that we no longer have a GOP but a one party country, two sides of the same coin, liberals and RINOs. All Republicans would have to do is get a fraction of the black vote on their side and Democrats would never win another election again. But they don’t do it. I mean just imagine the ads they could put out “Obama wants to spend $3.4 billion on illegals. How much did he spend on you today?” Or better yet, compare how he is using the excuse to support illegals because “they are escaping drug gangs”. That really drives inner city blacks crazy because they deal with drug gangs every day.
Did she really use the term “right to work”?!
Good. Then find a Mexican to be our new Attorney General. It couldn’t be any worse than the clowns Obama nominates.
“If the senate approves her appointment to be the chief law enforcement officer for the United States of America, we have truly gone over the edge. “
Everyone must be reminded that the very Senator who asked this question voted to confirm Eric Holder and went out of his way to compliment him too. http://www.nytimes.com/2009/02/03/us/politics/03holder.html?hp&_r=1&
