If Cruz & Lee are the only ‘nay’ votes, they’ll be called every name in the book AND Cruz will run on his nay vote in 2016.
That’s how screwed up the DOJ will be by then IMO.
I believe that this one will make Holder seem like a saint in comparison. And more than Cruz and Lee could vote against her, but if it happens, I will be very surprised.
