For no apparent reason.

I saw her attack the floor of the police station with her face.

There must be laws against that. :)

RE: Regan Marshall Wagner shooting. Interesting that:

Cops initially said there was an “exchange of gunfire”...until they found the gun wasn’t loaded.

And, that they said the cop fired three times, but there were four holes in ‘em.

This cop screwed up real bad and likely will be out of a career.

I was with you, right up until that. He will get a pass.

Because she didn’t have her concealed weapon in her hand?

You know, in some scenarios it’s a bit easier to stab or cut someone when you have a bit of space between you.

I mean as opposed to having someone pinning you down and holding their pistol against your skull.

Time to use your brain, brah.

Go ahead and put that key in the starter and turn it.

Make sure you got gas in the tank first though, or you will remain in the same place you are now...

It’s quite clear, to anyone with a function brain that is,

"I couldn't tell if she was out to get them"

Yes, I imagine that you couldn't tell.

Zactly

Not an accident, anomaly or coincidence...

I’m going with the poster at #46 explanation.

So, why didn't she get the one that was inches away from her?

Because he didn't beat the crap out of her and molest her?

Negligence, recklessness, gross negligence, criminal negligence, malfeasance etc, come to mind.

Appears the suspect was subdued multiple times, yet was never cuffed/secured. That's simple standard procedure. And then he gets off her allowing her to get up again. Big no no.

If common sense procedures were followed, this would have never escalated or resulted in her death. She would be alive today.

This cop screwed up real bad and likely will be out of a career.

Big time lawsuit to follow...

I was with you, right up until that. He will get a pass.

He's done....Bet the rent.

You'll read about it in the future, somewhere buried in MSM.

So, your whole bugaboo on this is that he pushed her into the floor?

Help me clarify, because to me that seems to me to be one of two possible questions regarding this.

My two questions on this would be what caused him to do that? If there is no legit reason for it, I’d say he went too far there.

The second question I have is why did he not cuff her at anytime? I’d like an answer from him on that, it doesn’t make much sense to me.

Beyond that, there is nothing afoul here except her, to be perfectly honest.

Based on things reported thus far, she came in there with ill intent.

It definitely was NOT a call for help.

Marked.

To gloat, if I’m right.

Or ignore, if you are right. ;)

He didn’t beat the crap out of her, nor did he molest her.

You are exaggerating on both counts.

Maybe she noticed that the other two had vests on?

But my guess would be that this incident started with him, and she remained fixated on him.

Further, he had his weapon trained on her. If her desire was to die, then he would be the target to charge.

Yes, he was doing some weird stuff to her.

If he was unable to find the gun she allegedly claimed to have or the knife due to heavy clothing, he may have chosen not to detain her.

If he was unable to get her into a position to place cuffs on her without assistance, because she was clearly not cooperating or being docile, he may have chosen to wait for backup assuming that we would then have enough time to safely get her into cuffs, but in actuality he would not have that time because of her actions.

Some possible reasons, however, I would think that he would have secured her. That seems reasonable to me.

But it is also reasonable to await the results of the investigation rather than to make predictions and such.

But I will go ahead and my my own prediction. If that officer is found to have violated proper procedure, I think he will be held accountable for it.

The other two officers involved did nothing wrong at all IMO.

I find that his pushing her into the floor was extraordinary and questionable.

But depending what she actually told him at first, the other actions he took don’t seem odd to me.

I would not have any problem with this man being fired, but before that, i would like to hear his side directly.

At 10:25, the cop has her fully subdued.

I'm going to investigate myself - a deep, objective, thorough investigation.

Clean as a whistle! Imagine that. LOL! :)

You mean, after he biffs her face off the floor, has her on her face, and he's lying on her back?

Smoke break! Break 'em, shake 'em, smoke 'em if ya got 'em.
