Personally, I can imagine that she would be angry with the original cop. I would even venture to say quite angry.
However, even when extremely angry, can’t charge a cop with a weapon. Not a good idea at all.
Now I’ma try to see if I can find a video of this with sound.

Then, he walks beside her with his hand on her shoulder and suddenly slams her to the ground. None of these actions make any sense.

After conversing with the second guy on the scene, she only wanted a piece of the first guy who was using her as a floor mop, and totally ignored the other two cops.
She didn't "charge the three officers". That's disinformation. I'll swear the second guy had his right hand on her arm, because he was hand-talking to her with his left hand. Very odd body language for the situation.
