Yeah, so did O.J. Simpson. The facts were and continue to be in dispute. Ventura's comments and willingness to raid the bank account of a young widow with children are indicative of someone very bitter over an ass kicking. Whatever the case, Kyle was a hero and a patriot, and Ventura isn't even fit to say his name, much less disparage his memory.

I got the Defense Service Medal (I think, I can't remember the actual name, and don't give two hoots to look it up) simply because I was active duty during Desert Shield/Storm. I was stationed in Korea and then Davis-Monthan AFB in Tucson, AZ during those operations.
I never felt anything in my life was less deserving than that "medal."

The facts speak for themselves. He produces no witnesses to the event in court. It did not happen. Again your hate does not change the facts. Chris was a good American on the battle field but he sold his soul for money on that book.

American legal system does not allow a suit for defamation made against a dead person, and Venture (the coward) knows that.
