As a campaign issue, the leg about freedom and liberty was number one, the leg concerning the Soviet Union and national defense was number 2, and the social conservatism leg was clearly 3.
But more to the point, it doesn’t address the topic at all. First of all, the proper libertarian response to abortion is to protect the “life, liberty and pursuit of happiness” of the unborn child. Yeah, I know many libtards don’t get that, but it is true.
