Yes. They should also execute whoever was responsible for letting him out. Complicity to murder?

It’s hard to say he even murdered the ‘victim”. After all he seems to have been “unarmed”, just as St. Trayvon of the Skittles (SBUH), since all he did was hammer, strangle, and burn the “victim.”
