trying to be sarcastic in that the White House has to be notified, Really. It is an oxymoron in that the White House believes he dictates whatever happens in DC. Like what they vote for and so forth. So if he threatens to veto anything it is hope that they do not have to make him become responsible for anything that he disagrees with. If he vetoes anything he can vote present or slough off the responsibility to anyone else. So now the teflon coat will be exposed as nothing more than stickum

The talks seem to be working fine. They are designed to run cover for Iran, give them relief from sanctions, billions of dollars and time to complete their nuclear weapons program. Obama is planning the day when Iran destroys Israel and becomes the Middle East hegemon.

If Bibi addresses Congress as scheduled, it will be serious egg on Obama’s face. Democrats boycotting or storming out as he speaks, will only be the icing on the cake.
The WH could get desperate enough to pull a “wag the dog” incident; their Palestinian friends might get the word that a major attack on Israeli civilian targets is needed to blunt Netanyahu’s electoral momentum.
On that subject, the presence of Obama operatives in Israel bent on defeating Bibi in March is now well known. The enemy of Israel in the WH is well defined indeed.
