I agree with all of the guy’s comments and see nothing unacceptable about them. And as far as Facebook comments being monitored, that’s easily fixed by making your wall available only to family and close friends. I’m sure there are ways around that, however, but if an employer is willing to go to those lengths to check up on you, who in their right mind would work for such a company?

I think when commenting about homosexuality on the Internet, it is advisable to avoid profanity, avoid slur words ("faggot" etc.), and present your opinion as representing a sincerely held religious belief grounded in the Bible. I think that following those rules would make employers think twice about initiating any kind of disciplinary action against you.
