"don't understand"

Because it's all a scam. And strangely enough few big name conservatives call the scammers on it.

One of the most ironic things I find is when listening to Rush's radio show, hearing an ad for "hunger in America" which is played numerous times during the show. Maybe Rush doesn't know about it, but it is so irritating I have to turn the sound down before my blood pressure rise.

The ad claims one in six Americans goes hungry. It's more like one in ten thousand or even greater. The poorest segment of American society is the fattest.

The idea that people are so poor that they can't feed their own kids is so revoltingly disgusting I'd like to do serious violence to the people fostering the scam. The violence would consist of making them eat their words.

"whites wised up"

Where I live has a very tiny (one percent) black population. That hasn't stopped the public schools from instituting a summer lunch program for all the "hungry" kids. These people get on tv, radio, and in the local rag talking about the poor children who would starve if not for the summer lunch programs.

And the local media goes along with the scam never questioning the scammers where they get their data about starving kids. It's sickening.

I go through Dubuque occasionally on summer outings. It’s about one hundred miles from where I live. Didn’t Dubuque have some sort of racial incident in recent years necessitating national coverage?

You didn’t read what I first wrote. Military, government (civilians) or working on a government contract. This was on the form. The number of on base anything in my county was NONE. This started under a good pretext but morphed into bribery for ceding control.

That is disgraceful, and the source of stereotypes. I know that not every black person is on welfare, and there are more whites on welfare than blacks, but to see so many blacks conditioned to be reliant on public assistance is pathetic. The only way the tide will turn (and it is happening) is when millions of whites jump on the bandwagon with the Hispanic newcomers; financially it is unworkable to have a dwindling number of “makers” pay for everything for a growing mass of “takers”; the government has no choice but to make this lifestyle undesirable (more so than it already is, with the high rate of violence and crappy living conditions).

In my area the ad campaign wouldn’t fly because our “starving children” are diabetic from obesity.

There have been racial incidents ever since one of their more influential priests colluded with city government to import a certain demographic. (The then-mayor took most of the heat for it.) Since then, the "traditional" Dubuque thugs have been taking a back seat.

The last couple of years have seen a lot of shootings, stabbings, robberies, etc., to the point where the average person within a fair-sized radius knows where to avoid, when to avoid it, and - broadly speaking - whodunnit. Not that anyone can completely detour around the rot, because it has been Section Eight-ed into a good chunk of the entire county. Progressivism never sleeps.
