Best SB ever. Yes, it was a dumb call by Carroll, but he has always been a gambler going for the jugular every time. It backfired, but many of his other calls didn’t. He rolled the dice once too often and came up craps.

There’s gambling and then there’s stupidity, you’ve got freakin’ Marshawn Lynch for crying out loud, and they still had a timeout even if he didn’t get in. Stupid! Stupid! Stupid!

I agree. His first big gamble changed the momentum of the game, and almost KO'd the Pats. If the game comes down to one or two plays at the end, anything can happen, and it did.
