The Rear Admiral always comes across as a deer caught in the headlights. I kinda feel for him, he has to have the worst job in the Navy, worse than cleaning heads. He has to cover for Obama and the regime....or he WILL find himself cleaning the heads.

"Not the act of a winner"....sounds like he's quoting Obama who undoubtedly said it more in sorrow than in anger.

This guy Kirby is a full time candy-ass spokesperson. Since when do we need a uniformed officer holding daily press gaggles? And, it certainly appears that he’s also a propaganda peddler who is in the tank with this faux administration.
