A real president would release the Gitmo prisoners at 30,000 feet over Syria (without a chute), or maybe give them defective chutes so they might think they are going to survive.
At 30k feet they wouldn’t survive much out side the plane with or without a chute ... drop them at 300 feet and watch them bounce, would work for me. ;-)
