Maybe it is time to abandon Ferguson and just let the ferals kill each other. The police can sit at the edge of town and take notes.
How about we start by charging people for police protection based on the city block they live in...
I don't have to 'share' my water bill with some idiot on the other side of town who lets his hose run because he's too lazy to walk outside and turn it off - or too irresponsible to call a plumber when his toilet's running.
Why should I have to share my 'police bill' with people who use the police department to babysit their out of control children?
If the black community wants police to 'stand-in' for the worthless men who father inner city children - they can PAY for the privilege. Then if their black neighbors get tired of paying for the 'takers' they can become snitches and stop with all that brain dead 'tolerance' of evil. Good incentives... tack the charge onto their cable bills...
