John Kerry Worst Secretary Of State, Foreign Policy Ivory Tower Survey Shows (Who knew?)
Internatinal Business Times ^ | 02/05/15 | Howard Koplowitz

U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry has been the least effective person to hold that post in the past 50 years, according to results of Foreign Policy’s Ivory Tower survey, a poll of 660 U.S. international relations scholars released Thursday. Only two said Kerry was the most effective secretary of state.

The survey didn’t have scholars give explanations for their rankings, which had former U.S. Secretary of State Henry Kissinger as the most effective secretary of state of the past five decades. More than 32 percent of the surveyed scholars, or 213 of them, gave Kissinger that distinction. Nearly 20 percent, or 120 scholars, said they couldn't name the most effective secretary of state.

Did Rand Paul know it when he confirmed him? I knew he would be, so if Rand Paul didn’t, he’s stupid and naive and should never be president.

He should have been charged with treason and executed years ago.

He's over in Ukraine today. Look for things there to go downhill by the end of the day.

Lying Hillary Clinton should be at the bottom of the list along with Kerry. This whole poll was answered by a group of liberals from liberal elite universities voting. Brained washed idiots by liberal professors.

I heard he’d been in Vietnam too and even spent Christmas Eve in Cambodia. And one of his 3 purple hearts was for bravely throwing a grenade into a pile of rice and while running away got a butt full of it.

You do know that liberals have a visceral hatred of Henry Kissinger, don’t you? The fact that he came in first by a wide margin suggests that international relations may well be one of those corners of academe, like schools of business, colleges of engineering, and (to a lesser extent) the sciences generally, where we conservatives still have a good representation.

Also, you have no basis for thinking that lying Hillary Clinton was not at the bottom along with Kerry, but ranking slightly ahead of him, since all that the article reported was that Kerry ranked last and Kissinger first.

Perhaps he could get Bobby McFerrin to serenade us with “Don’t Worry, Be Happy!”

But it got him out of the Senate, so maybe it’s worth it.

The rest of Obama’s picks are the same as Kerry - puffed up jerks with massive attitude and limited talent.

I’d suspect that these professors’ votes on Hillary are influenced by the fact she just might be president and it’s best not to piss her off.
