My oldest is a Marine Captain. In 2010 as a 2LT leading security on road construction projects in Sangin Province his small unit came under a night time RPG attack. Got a Navy Comm for repelling the attack, keeping his undermanned unit in control and calling in support. NEVER TALKS ABOUT IT - TO ANYONE. I had to read the citation.
