The problem is the vaccine mentality. I grew up before there was any vaccine. We all tried to get the measles or chicken pox just to get out of going to school. Now the disease is a deadly one. Bull S—t. They never state how MANY ARE GETTING THIS DISEASE THAT HAVE BEEN VACCINATED. The vaccine is not that good. How many die or are crippled due to the vaccine?
I’M NOT THE IDIOT, YOU ARE. YOU JUST MADE MY POINT - THE VACCINE ISN’T THE CURE ALL. CRAWL BACK UNDER YOUR BED FOOL.
It seems to have worked just fine until this recent epidemic of people who refuse to get it.
Now the disease is a deadly one. Bull St
A lot of people have died from the measles. I am confident that the number is higher than the number of people who died from the vaccine.
From the CDC: In the decade before 1963 when a vaccine became available, nearly all children got measles by the time they were 15 years of age. It is estimated 3 to 4 million people in the United States were infected each year. Also each year an estimated 400 to 500 people died, 48,000 were hospitalized, and 4,000 suffered encephalitis (swelling of the brain) from measles.
FWIW, I had a cousin who developed Encephalitis from this disease. It caused severe brain damage. If the vaccine had not been developed it would appear that at least 25,000 children would have died from this disease in the last 50 years.
Are you against Polio vaccines and Smallpox vaccines as well? Don't you wish you could have contracted polio and smallpox when you were a child? You could have gotten out of school.... permanently.
One other key point people seem to forget, Measles is a virus and as such what are viruses known for? Changing and adapting thus making the old protections mute. So unless we can guarantee a complete and immediate eradication of any virus there is not much that can be done to remove all possibility of a true immunization...
So Freedom of Choice is the Key to this no matter what progressive (busy bodies, we know better than you so we shall force you) mindsets say.
