The charges allege that between September 2013 and December 2014, Peterson plotted to hire a hit man to kill Will County State's Attorney James Glasgow, the prosecutor who led the 2012 trial that resulted in Peterson being convicted of killing his third wife, Kathleen Savio.
Peterson, who is currently incarcerated at the Menard Correctional Center, made an initial appearance on the charges Monday at the Randolph County Courthouse. A preliminary hearing is set for March 3 at 10 a.m.

It’s despicable that Petersen is still breathing. Even more so that he’s never been compelled to reveal what happened to his fourth wife, Lacy. The family’s sorrow in not knowing has to be great.
I wonder too. Maybe it isn't necessary, because he really is "one of them."
There is no legal means to compel him.
And he has zero motivation to volunteer.

Maybe you confused him with Scott Peterson? Either way, neither will experience the state-sponsored death they deserve.
Scott Petterson’s wife was named Laci, she was the one that was 8 months pregnant and her body was found floating in San Francisco bay..Drew Peterson’s wife Stacy is the one that is still missing(And dead, everyone knows that) Drew Peterson is the true definition of a scum bag..he had an ex wife, killed her too(She “Drowned” in a dry bathtub)
