CLEVELAND — An infant whom authorities suspect was killed by an 11-year-old girl died of blunt impact injuries to the head, neck, body, arms and legs, a medical examiner ruled Wednesday in declaring the death a homicide.
Two-month-old Zuri Whitehead was staying with a friend of her mother's and the friend's daughter in the Cleveland suburb of Wickliffe when the friend called 911 early Friday to report that the child was unconscious. Zuri died in surgery later that morning.
Trina Whitehead, Zuri's mother, has described the girl's mother as her best friend and the 11-year-old as a sweet girl.

I wonder if the little girl really did it. Her mother may have the girl covering up for the real killer.
Yeah...there is no way that is a 2 month old child! I’d say 4 to 6 months!

That’s what I suspect, too. Some adult blaming the kid knowing she’ll be out of juvie by 18 which is way better than the adult getting life. Where is the sitter’s bf? There’s always a bf. There’s a lot more to this story.
That was my first reaction, as well. That baby pictured is much older than two months.
Was the 11 year old girl on antidepressants?
That dear sweet beautiful baby. She is in the Arms of the Lord now. Prayers up.
How did this obviously seriously disturbed child gain access to the infant for a long enough period of time to inflict those kinds of injuries?
If that was my baby, I wouldn’t trust an 11 with her unsupervised for any period of time

Even odder. Shouldn’t the 11 year-old been asleep as well.
I need more answers.
