Licensing regulations reduce economic freedom by creating barriers to market entry. For example, in my current home of Philadelphia, bloggers are required to obtain a $300 permit from the city. Blogging is by no means a lucrative business.

They’re not all sitting at the library. And what’s this library crap, anyhow? How many people in modern day America don’t have Internet access in their home? I dated some hillbilly and redneck gals back in the very early 2000’s in the wilds of Mississippi, and they all had the Internet.
