December 7, 1941, a date which will live in infamy. President Roosevelt asks Congress for a declaration of war on Japan. However, it is not a request to send ground troops, and U.S. submarines will not sink Japanese shipping. Targets in Japan will be off limits. U.S. aircraft will not be armed so that we will not anger Japan any further.
