You really think that’s adequate? My guess is that he will do 5-10. He should do more time if any thing because he acted under color of authority. Just hope his cellmate is Indian, homosexual and very large! Oh how far our LEOs have fallen. There are far too many of them who are criminals with badges.
When I say, “jailed,” I mean that—in jail. If he’s given 5, he might spend two in jail.
