There is a point to be made that there are a billion muzzies over there and they’re letting 50k of them go around burning people. At some point they have to defend themselves, assuming they’re not all sympathizers to the isis cause.
It is bullying on steroids. They all share the same religion, so terror really works. That is exactly how 50k jihadis can defeat millions. Safer to join them than be burned alive.
Your observation is all the proof anyone needs that even Bush, after 9-11, failed to do what was needed to destroy the threat that islam is. He fought a limited, PC war that never even came remotely close to attriting the militant to the degree that, historically, is necessary to DO the job.
Does not matter, it will eventually get down to one bully. Islamic states have always been held with a strong man and terror...islam is a horror for the people living under its thumb. These people fight back then they are the evil ones deserving of death. Only the quiet sheep who keep quiet and let the the bullies have their way survive for a while.
The only way these people get any freedoms is for a tribe to band together and fight back and force islam down like Saddam Hussein or Qaddafi etc. but once again you have an evil strong man and his tribe harming his people other ways. Wood-chippers instead of fire hanging over your heads but you do get night clubs.
Islam is the problem.
