51%....probably more like 90% of people who are actually going to pay premiums or penalty tax that they never had before.

I think the author overestimates GOP courage and underestimates the treachery of the Roberts Court.

More like an impossibility as this point and then to top it off for what I cannot definitely afford you want to penalize me for it when I don’t have a way to pay my taxes at present much less barely able to pay just my mortgage each month alone I hope this scam perpetrated against the American People wakes them up as they slip into poverty and that they light the torches and march against its creator.

roughly half of those who received government subsidies to purchase insurance in the exchanges last year — will have to pay back part of those subsidies because they misreported their incomes

How does the writer know this? Was it due to Obamacare Navigators heavily inflating folks income or what?

I can’t see it being anything but a long painful path back to something different, especially given the quality of national leadership.

a case before the Supreme Court that could render a major part of the law unconstitutional.

I don't think Obamacare law is unconstitutional. The law is simply being disobeyed for the convenience of the Obama administration. The Federal subsidies for states that have no exchanges are against law not the Constitution.

If the Supremes rule in favor of Obama in June they will have declared that The Law means nothing and that we are being ruled by fiat. I don't think they will do that but they have surprised me before.

We had our taxes done last week.

We only had to answer one question from the preparer, did you have health insurance all of last year.

Since I am on Medicare, it was yes, and my wife had insurance.

It was then I found out if you are on Medicare you have no further Obamacare obligation.

That shouldn't be a surprise. For a full year, individuals have had to deal with canceled plans, premium shocks, higher deductibles and narrow networks of health care providers — all thanks to ObamaCare

By 2016 the biggest block of supporters will probably be the leadership of the NRC. Everyone else will have gotten the heads out of their asses by then. It's pretty obvious that Boehner's head is permanently attached.

We know the DC Demmunists won't kill this completely disastrous law.
We've seen that the RINO rats won't kill this completely disastrous law.
We've seen that Roberts of SCOTUS will twist the Constitution and the law into a pretzel to preserve this completely disastrous law..
It's left to We The People to do our patriotic best to preserve freedom as well as our access to quality healthcare by not complying en masse with this completely disastrous law.

In Miami, the local media is breathlessly urging the low information voters to sign up for the Death Panels before tomorrow.

Local media in every large city really seems to be in the tank for Valerie’s man child.

“as the public sours”? The public has been soured on Obamacare since it was first planned. The media and the Democrats (same thing i guess) are the only ones who were for it. And idiot republicans believed them rather than listening to the public.

OBAMACARE IS A HUGE CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE---STATES SHOULD CONSIDER THIS APPROACH---Rhonda Cook one of the ace Atlanta Journal Constitution reporters bird-dogged the corrupt Atlanta teachers story.

Cook reported that the 1980 Georgia General Assembly was concerned about “the increasing sophistication of various criminal elements on the public payroll.” The Assembly then adopted the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), patterned after a similar federal law.

(RICO is often used to try to prove that a legal business was being used for illegal means, and, in at its inception, RICO was used to prosecute drug traffickers or organized crime members).

In recent years prosecutors have applied RICO to government officials accused of using their offices for personal gain---he activites of former and current Atlanta public school officials.

To bring a case under Georgia’s RICO law, there must be at least two underlying felonies — such as fraud, bribery, witness tampering (among other felonies).

RICO allows prosecutors to include multiple defendants charged with various crimes in the blanket indictment, and to charge that the defendants were allegedly part of an ongoing criminal enterprise......

....criminal activities such as:

<><> (a) the botched multi-billion crony-related ACA web site rollout scam,

<><> (B) undisclosed taxes and fees,

<><> (c) huge payoffs and kickbacks to buy US Senate votes,

<><> (d) untraceable billions secretly added to the ACA bill,

<><> (e) Jonathan's Gruber/MIT ACA profiteering......

<><>...... and the like.

Public approval is irrelevant.

Obamacare has put down roots. By 2017, it will be impossible to get rid of.

The only two shots were the USSC in 2011 and the Cruz shutdown. It really can’t be undone any more.
