“What was the passage of “O Lord, strengthen my hands for battle...””

The scripture you are likely thinking of is when Samson called upon the Lord to strengthen him to destroy the Philistines who had taken his sight. He pulled down the pillars of that building and killed them all, including himself.

This Samson story is also current Israel's last option for war. It's called the “Sampson Option”. This means if Israel is going to be annihilated, they will use the “Samson Option” which means they will use a nuclear bomb to destroy their enemies, plus themselves, rather than be destroyed by their enemies as has happened in the past.
Here is the scripture:

“Judges 16:28 And Samson called unto the LORD, and said, O Lord GOD, remember me, I pray thee, and strengthen me, I pray thee, only this once, O God, that I may be at once avenged of the Philistines for my two eyes.”

I was thinking more of this:

Blessed be the Lord my strength which teacheth my hands to war, and my fingers to fight

~ Psalm 144
