Pro-Russian rebels said on Monday they would open a safe corridor for Ukrainian troops out of the encircled town of Debaltseve in east Ukraine on condition they surrender the territory, an offer the Kiev military promptly rejected.

Despite a ceasefire negotiated last week, Debaltseve, a government-held railway junction town, has been the site of heavy fighting between rebels and thousands of Ukrainian troops who are effectively trapped in the city.

This “Ceasefire” was never going to hold.

Claims and counter-claims about who is shooting at who abound.

No agreement from the Rebels about Debaltseve, and public pronouncements from the Nazi and “Donbas” militias that they had no intention of honoring it.

Road apples. Zakharchenko unilaterally declared cease fire did not apply to Debaltseve and Russian forces continued attacking it.

Any reason in particular you are carrying water for mass murdering Putniks on a conservative website?

To some of us conservatives, conservative means letting Europe (and everyone else) fight their own wars and use US troops to secure the US southern border.

Why are you ignoring my question?

There is no need for another “corridor”. There was a ceasefire signed in Minsk last week. After signing it, now Russian led forces announced they will not agree to the Debaltseve area. That’s not on Ukraine, that’s on Russia and Russian fed Ukrainian muppets.

Meanwhile as documented by NATO last week, Russian artillery maned by Russian soldiers rains death on Debaltseve, Ukraine.

Why are you deliberating spreading Pro-Russian half truths and dis info on a conservative website?

The world is interconnected now economically and otherwise. There’ no such thing as “European Wars”. Everything that happens there effects us eventually.

Never mind Russia has claimed some of the Canadian arctic. I suppose you find a good reason not to support Canadians when the time comes to defend their soveirgn terrority from the mass murdering Russian mafia.

“The world is interconnected now economically and otherwise. There’ no such thing as “European Wars”.”

Well that kinda sucks. Anytime anyone in Europe decide to throw a war, America is automatically in it. That’s uncool that Europe, following its own trade interests in Ukraine, gets to set Americas foreign and military policy.

I am just plainly stating facts. Let me explain again s l o w l y for you:

1)There was a ceasefire signed last week.
2)Russian led forces refused to accept it in this area and continued their attacks with Russian artillery fired by Russian soldiers. This is statement of fact by USAREUR Commander Lt. Gen. Ben Hollins not the Kiev nazi junta or whatever other day dream you’re having

3)Now the Russian muppets continue their Ukraine isn’t following the ceasefire fairy tale and you happily spread it here unquestioningly.

FRiend, those are the facts in evidence. But feel free to continue impinging the honor of the U. S. Army while carrying water for mass murdering Putinists on a conservative website.

Kyiv military rejected russian rebels offer for a “safe” corridor because the last time that happened the Ilovaisk massacre occurred.

” Early on Aug. 29, a column of some 70 Ukrainian armored vehicles rushed from Ilovaisk, a city in Donetsk Oblast, through a corridor offered by Russian troops.

After driving 10 kilometers, the fleeing Ukrainians were instead trapped under massive shelling by cannons and tanks. The armored vehicles caught fire.”
