It's not really major victory. As I understand it, it's a temporary injunction preventing the implementation of Obama’s decree pending a further decision on the merits of the states’ case. The judge could still rule in favor of Obama the king or the matter can be lost on appeal. If the case survives the lower court, it can be reversed by the appellate courts as they have been corrupted by the Chicago thugs occupying the White House.

I'm happy for this small win, but we can't exactly call this injunction a major victory yet.

WTH, you damn better believe it’s a major victory. This decision threw a wrench in Buckwheat’s fascist program. Everything else you wrote is speculative monkey crap.

The judge wrote a legally tight and factual opinion that can only be reversed by dunderhead communists. If that happens, it gives us the legal, moral and constitutional justification to hang them from lampposts.

It is a major victory. All battles won are ‘temporary’ victories. It is a major battle won but the war is not over by any means. But without this victory Obama and his democrats would be starting tomorrow to implement Executive Amnesty for millions upon millions of illegals who would be voters.

A recent report of a loophole to Congress revealed that once illegals are shielded from deportation and given hologram ID cards, they can return to Mexico or Latin America on pretext of family illness and then return legally. Once they return ‘legally’, they are no longer illegal and therefore they can apply for citizenship. That leads to a new voter constituency, one that offsets the 6 million + blue collar conservative demographic that by staying home sunk Romney. This is the endgame.
