It was the equivalent of scribbling on a cocktail napkin.
NOW: How about the other 24 states join in the suit now that it’s been shown to be viable, even probable?
The injunction is also to allow the States to perfect their lawsuits, if it were 40 states by Friday, then let’s deport, deport, deport until the illegals all move to the non-suing states, who can then Cloward-Piven THEMSELVES to death, as is their wish for the rest of us.
In other words the Judge spanked Nero badly in his Ruling.
Using the Administrations filings in other cases, the President’s declaration the day they send out the directives that he just make law and the Supreme Court’s own writtings on other cases the Judge gave the White Hut no room to claim irreparable harm.
The sooner that little communist bastard keels over with a massive stroke the better of America will be.
States should haul the illegals to Washington DC and dump them.
Use the court case Obama won against Arizona, IIRC, that immigration is strictly a federal govt responsibility.

Seems there's a concerted agenda at work on the left...
“just some kind of memo which allowed the Johnson clown to write a new law.”
“Prosecutorial Discretion?”
It’s a win all around for Obama. He gets to be a hero to the Latinos, and be able to claim that those nasty old Republicans are standing in the way of the humanitarian president’s charitable policies. Obama does nothing about immigration, but gets points in that community for trying while they rake Republicans over the coals.
From what I’ve read Johnson wrote a whole new law.
Obama knows his executive action on this matter is unconstitutional and that this case won't even get to the U.S. Supreme Court until after he is out of office. At that point, the new Republican President will vacate his illegal order.
JONATHAN KARL, SERENA MARSHALL and ARLETTE SAENZ best realize that the penalty for treason is death by hanging.
