Probably the best thing an out of state organization can do is flood the state with pictures of the homosexual couple, with a warning to businesses to not provide any product or service to them, not because they are homosexuals, but because they are so litigious that it could ruin them as a business.

“These people are looking for an excuse to sue others into ruination. Refuse to provide them any product or service for your own protection, or it may cost you your business.”

So, let me get this... um.. straight... Any gay person walks into any business, they basically have a “right” to that businesses labor, regardless of any other considerations. The government is mandating this, therefore it is tyranny.

The Civil Rights Act started the path we're on now. Good intentions gone awry.

Last week, South Carolina Circuit Court Judge Diane S. Goodstein ruled in The Diocese of South Carolina vs The Episcopal Church of the United States that the First Amendment grants a "freedom to disassociate."

From the article:

The Court found that “the Constitution and Canons of TEC have no provisions which state that a member diocese cannot voluntarily withdraw its membership.” The ruling found that had there been such a provision, it would have violated the Diocese’s “constitutionally-protected right” to freedom of association. “With the freedom to associate goes its corollary, the freedom to disassociate,” Judge Goodstein said.

This woman was exercising her freedom to disassociate when she chose not to sell flowers for a purpose she did not agree with.

She should take this to the Supreme Court on First Amendment grounds, as well as equal protection grounds. Apparently, South Carolina's freedom to disassociate is Washington's discrimination.

“Stutzman did refer the couple to a different shop but that was not enough.”

It never is. The gaystapo will be satisfied with nothing less than the destruction of anyone who does not openly celebrate their perversion.

Somehow, they would successfully sue you for having the prayer meeting.

Why does a political judge get to decide her fate.

What about her right to be judged by her peers (Jury)?

There are many things wrong about this case. No one s/b forced to act against their conscience. That is the essence of tyranny.

Terrorism.

If we donate now she is going to have to give it to the leftists terrorists.

Make a fund that supports her not in her name, and provide all the monies she needs until the courts are done, then give it to her.

“Also, find a muslim restaurant that caters and tell them you want pulled pork for a southern-style bar mitzvah.”

Caterers generally have a list of items they provide.

Somebody needs to run the judge out of town on a rail.

What a free country. Perverts have more rights then honest folk. And before you start whining about the word pervert look it up.

I don’t want this country to keep going as it is. Better if we could just start over.

"....That is the essence of tyranny."

What happened to the First Amendment freedom of religion? What these liberals states are subjecting people to, by definition, is tyranny. And why these people continue to live in these states is a mystery to me.

Goes to show you what the Westboro Baptists are really about. They’d rather protest soldier’s funerals.
