Not easy. the origin is probably forged. However, all that spam garbage contains a link that has to be valid. DON'T CLICK ON THE LINK, but you'll probably find it's some sort of punycode that ends in a cyrillic web address ending in rf (РФ) for russian federation. If you want to take the time you can try to trace it through whichever of the 20+ russian web service providers supplied it. Just because it goes through a RF web address doesn't mean it's in Russia. It's probably some a$$hole in Florida or New Jersey.
