Yes it has, except for the last few days. Much warmer than last winter. Folks seem to forget from year to year that Feb is usually coldest and we can get our biggest snows in March.
In some tribes January’s full moon is known as “the full cold” moon, and February as the “full hunger” moon. -17 earlier today in east central Ohio.
