Mall of America bans CCW, and in Minnesota carrying is illegal if the establishment bans it. Yes, you can carry anyway, but you risk arrest if mall security finds out.

That’s a disgrace.

“Mall of America”?

More like the Mall of Pyongyang.

From my understanding the establishment has to ask you to leave... if you dont then you can be arrested. So always carry.

In Colorado all they can do is ask you to leave. After that if you don’t it’s a misdemeanor

CCW in MN: you’re fine carrying even if an establishment has “no guns” posted. If someone sees you’re carrying, and then management asks you to leave, you are still not in violation of the law. However, if you refuse to leave after being asked to leave (because your weapon was seen), you can be charged with a misdemeanor of sorts with a nominal fine- I beleive 50 to 7( (can’t recall).

Fresh from my own CCW class last year, I now carry at all times in mn.
